Ability Arts and Science College for the Hearing Impaired is situated on a serene hillock in Pulikkal Panchayat, Valiyaparamba, approximately 2 km from Pulikkal town and 4 km from Calicut International Airport, Malappuram District, Kerala. The college was established in 2018.

Ability Arts and Science The college is an initiative of the Ability Foundation for the Disabled, a non-governmental charitable organization dedicated to the holistic development of persons with disabilities, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, since its inception in 2009.

The organization holds 12A registration and 80G certification under the Income Tax Act of the Government of India. . it is also Sanctioned to undertake CSR funds vide order no. CSR 00009436 by Ministry of Company Affairs, Govt. of India.
